About Better Body Works

Better Body Works is a two sided marketplace for PROs (personal trainers and massage therapists) to manage their booking and for CLIENTs (users) to find PROs in their area.

Challenge

The Founder was focused on launching the MVP and getting quick market feedback on the product. Prior to diving into the redesign I was hired to run UX research interviews with various PROs to pull insights on fine tune the problem the Founder can dial in on for the PRO market. The CRM aspect of the app was well received by PROs but they were skeptical about paying for a product purely on CRM capabilities since most of their communication with their clients are by text message.
